Refund Policy
Last updated July 19, 2026We want you to be sure a course is right for you. Every course opens its first chapter free to preview, and purchases are backed by the guarantee below.
1. The 30-day guarantee
You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course.
This lets you genuinely evaluate a course while keeping the guarantee fair; it isn't intended to cover finishing a course and then asking for your money back.
2. How to request one
Contact support with your order number (shown on your receipt and in Profile → Purchases). Eligible refunds are approved and returned to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. After a refund
When a refund is issued, access to that course ends. Any certificate earned for the course is revoked and its verification page is updated accordingly.
4. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first; we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Orders under active dispute are marked as such on your account.
