Terms of Service

Last updated July 19, 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of AirBrief. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

The name on your account appears on any certificates you earn. Keeping it accurate is your responsibility; changing it re-issues affected certificates.

2. Purchases and access

Courses are sold as one-time purchases. Payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe); AirBrief does not store your full card details.

A completed purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access that course for as long as we offer it, including future updates to its material. It is not a subscription.

3. Acceptable use

Course materials (videos, PDFs, text, images, and assessments) are protected by copyright. You may access them for your own learning. You may not download, copy, share, resell, or publicly post them, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

You may not share your account, submit another person's work as your own on assessments, or use the platform in any way that disrupts it for others.

4. Certificates

Certificates are issued when you complete a course and pass its final exam. Each certificate has a unique ID and a public verification page.

We may revoke a certificate if it was issued in error or obtained through a violation of these terms. Revoked certificates are marked as such on their verification page.

5. Intellectual property

AirBrief and its licensors retain all rights to the platform and course content. These terms grant you a license to use the service, not ownership of any content.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific outcomes from any course.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirBrief is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course at issue.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
